 Allen died infant. It was occurred at the residence on West Second Street, death being caused by cholera infantum. Edith, sister of Ruth Allen Ames, daughter of Alice and Stanley Allen died little girl. (paper - 13th of May 1890). Yesterday afternoon, after long suffering, death came to little Edith Allen, daughter of Stanley G. and Alice F. Allen of 312 West Fifth street, and the pains of earth were exchanged for the joys of heaven. This is
 the second time affliction's hand has been laid upon these stricken parents and now they are left alone. In their sorrow and loneliness
 they have the sympathy of many sincere friends. The funeral services
 will be held at the residence tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon at 1 o'clock. Alice F. Allen, formerly of 354 Euclid Avenue has left to make home with her daughter Mrs. Harold F. Ames, 159 West Girard Blvd., Kenmore, N.Y. May 1934. Based on Elmira Star Gazette - Feb 28, 1950 Mrs. Alice C. Allen, 90, of 742 W. First St. Monday morning, Feb 27, 1950. Survived by Mrs. Harold F. Ames of Kenmore; two cousins. The body is at the Smith & Fudge Funeral Home, where funeral will be held Wed., 2 p.m. The Rev. Martin D. Hardin Jr. Woodlawn Cemetery. Alice Fitch Campbell Allen's list Henry J. Campbell, Father Mary R. Campbell, Mother Anne Campbell, Grandmother Catherine Griffeth, Grandmother Horace Griffeth, Grandfather Stephen Griffeth, Great-grandfather Mary Griffeth, Great-grandmother Gardiner, Great-great-grandmother Olive Fletcher, Great-grandmother Ruth's record shows they used to live in 607 W. Water St., Elmira, NY in 1948.
 Wedding Anniversary was Oct 19th.
