a. Note:   WIRTEN J. A. BISH Following a sickness of seven weeks from a complication of diseases, Wirten J. A. Bish died this morning at 12:10 o'clock at his home on Railroad street. He was aged 71 years, 8 months and 19 days. The deceased was born near Westminster, and was a son of the late Levi and Elizabeth (Lippy) Bish. He followed the huckstering business for a number of years at Westminster, and for the past nine years has been employed at the Hotel Hanover, Carlisle street. Fifty-three years ago he was married to Miss Eliza Wentz, of near Melrose, who survives with five sons, Reuben Bish, Lancaster County; Grant Bish, Baughman Valley; Cleveland Bish; McAllister street, Private Riley Bish, Camp Meade, and Paul Bish, at home, and three daughters, Mrs. Milton Null, West Manheim township, Mrs. George Zepp, Westminster, and Mrs. Samuel Stahl, Hanover street. Twenty-four grand children, one great grand-child and one sister, Mrs. Anna Mary Bankert, Richmond, Virginia, also survive. The funeral will be held on Tuesday morning, with a service in his late home at 10 o'clock. The Rev. H. A. Snook, pastor of Grace U. E. church, will officiate. Interment will be in the family lot in Mt. Olivet cemetery.

  Wirten J. A. Bish
 Wirten J. A. Bish died in Hanover, on Thursday morning after a seven week illness from a complication of diseases. He was aged 71 years, 8 months and 19 days.
 The deceased was a son of the late Levi and Anna Mary (Lippy) Bish, and was born and spent most of his life near Westminster.
 For many years he conducted a huckster route through Carroll county.
 Fifty three years ago he was married to Miss Eliza Wentz, who survives with the following children: Reuben Bish, of near Washington Borough, Lancaster County; Mrs. George Zepp, of Westminster; Grant Bish, of Bachman’s Valley; Mrs. Milton Null, of West Manheim township, Mrs. Samuel Stahl, of Hanover street; Cleveland Bish of McAllister street; Reiley Bish, of Camp Meade, and Paul Bish, at home. Also one sister and 24 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
