  MILLER - On October 12, 1941, ELIZABETH (nee Roese), aged 89 years, beloved wife of the late Adam D. Miller.
 Funeral services are to be held at the home of her son, Mr. William F. Miller, 136 South Curley Street on Wednesday at 2 P.M. Interment in St. Paul's Fifth Reformed Cemetery.

  I, ELIZABETH D. MILLER, of BALTIMORE COUNTY, STATE OF MARYLAND, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, but being mindful of the uncertainties of human life, do hereby make, publish and declare the following as and for MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, that is to say:
  ARTICLE I. I hereby revoke any and all wills and codicils thereto by me at any time heretofore made.
  ARTICLE II. I hereby direct the payment by my Executor of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as is practicable.
  ARTICLE III. I hereby give and bequeath unto my beloved son, EDWARD MILLER, the various articles of household furniture which I have purchased and moved into his home for my comfort and convenience.
  ARTICLE IV. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved children, per stirpes and not per capita, in exactly the same proportions as they would take in accordance with the law of Descent and Distribution as set forth in the Annotated Code of Maryland, Article 93, Section 130.
  ARTICLE V. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, CONRAD MILLER, to be the Executor of this MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, said Executor to be excused from giving bond.
  IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 13th day of April 1940.

  To the Honorable, the Judges of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City:
  In the Matter of the Probate of the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth D. Miller, deceased.
 The petition of Conrad Miller who resides at 516 North Highland Avenue, respectfully showeth:
  1. That he is a citizen of the United States.
 2. That he is the Executor named in the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth D. Miller dated the 13th day of April 1940.
 3. That the said Elizabeth D. Miller was a resident of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, and departed this life at 136 S. Curley Street in said City on Sunday the 12th day of October, 1941.
 4. That the said Will has been read to the near relations; that they know of no other will or codicil of the decedent of subsequent date.
 5. That no caveat or notice of caveat has been filed to the said will.
 6. That the decedent left surviving her the following heirs, viz.:

  And in consideration thereof I do hereby Release, Acquit, Exonerate and Discharge the said Executor, his Heirs, Executors and Administrators of and from all and every action, suit or demand which could or might possibly be brought, exhibited or prosecuted against him, them or any of them, for or on account of the above sum or the payment thereof, hereby declaring myself satisfied, contented and paid as above specified. Given under my hand and seal this 3rd day of February in the year nineteen hundred and forty three.
