a. Continued:   Charles W. Anker, 67, of Byesville, died Wednesday (Feb. 16, 2011) at Southeastern Med, Cambridge.
  He was born Jan. 6, 1944, in Zanesville, son of the late Russell Anker and Mamie (Van Dyne) Anker.
  Mr. Anker had worked at the former Harper-Hutchison. He owned and operated Anker's Hauling.
  He also worked as a paper carrier for The Daily Jeffersonian.
  He was a member of Assembly of God Church of Byesville.
  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Russell Anker; and two sisters, Mildred Phillips and Mahala Moffett.
  Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday with Pastor Joe Summers officiating.
  Burial will be in Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
