James was killed while with the 78th O.V.I., Company "H" in Atlanta. He is listed on the side of his father's tombstone in Lebanon Cemetery, Adams Twp., Guernsey Co., Ohio.
b.	Continued: His grave registration card stated date of death July 22, 1864, it also has date of burial July 22, 1864 ??? He was killed in Atlanta, Ga---How could this be true?? Other information has him listed as buried in Marietta, Ga.
