Continued: Michael died when a land mine blew up the jeep he was driving near Saigon. He was a Spec. 4 and was 21 years old. He graduated in 1966 from New Lexington High School and attended Marietta College. He was a member of the First Methodist Church at New Lexington. His name is on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. Section 22W-Line 12.
