Give under my hand of official signature, at office, this 2nd day of July 1850. Alex'r Meriwether, July 9, e.e.o. From a query on the internet: "I believe the parents of Andrew Richard Spradley were Charles Spradley, Jr., and Winiford. Their youngest son was A. R. Spradley, according to court records. Winiford made him her sole heir by gift deed of the portion she was to have received from Charles Spradley, Jr.'s estate in Dooly County, Georgia. Winiford died before receiving this share. On June 19, 1850, A. R. gave his receipt for the distribution of his share of the estate to Allen P. Spradley, who was the administrator of Charles' estate. Allen P. was also a son of Charles, Jr. and Winiford." (Information about Andrew Richard is from Berry Spradley) Son, Allen's descendant matched three descendant's of Andrew Bryant "Bryant" Spradley, b. 1737, Hanover Co., VA exactly on a DNA test on FamilyTreeDNA. He also matched a descendant of William Spradley/Spradling, b. 1796-1800, Alabama, Mississippi Territory exactly on a DNA test on FamilyTreeDNA. William was probably the son of Joseph Edgar's son, Joseph. Joseph Edgar was Charles II's brother. He matched three descendants Joseph Edgar Spradling, b.
