Edley Daigle Jr. has Uncle Murry's Blue Jacket Manual of 1940. It is the Navy rules. In the cover of the book in Murry's hand is written Company 358-118, USS Mont Vernon. Apparently he went by the name of George(his middle name) as the entry is signed George Savoie. Also written were names of what could be nurses because the rest of the entry has Charity Hospital New Orleans,La.
