We have lived on the same street as Richard and Stella for over 40 years. A carpenter by occupation, Richard built our home as well as many other homes on Bayou Blue and elsewhere, including his own lovely home. Stella told me that when Richard was unable to measure something one day, that was how she knew he had Altzheimers. She was right. A few months after her death, Richard was put into a nursing home. He lived there for two years and then died. In reference to above obit, Linda was Richard's step daughter. He had no biological children of his own. _____________________________ SSDI RICHARD A SAVOIE 17 Jan 1928 - 04 Oct 2009 (V) 40356 (Nicholasville, Jessamine, KY) (none specified) 433-42-5467 Louisiana
