Note: The 1840 census for Terrebonne parish shows a Francois Babin between the age of 60 and 70. It shows 1 male 10 - 15 years old, 1 male 15 - 20 years old, 2 females 10 - 15, 1 female 20 to 30. I'm not sure if this is the correct person but the dates could fit.
