 Marie Babin (nee Uzee), widow of Francois Babin, and Auguste Babin, curator of the minors of Francois Babin, sell to Eugene Toups for $415, a tract of land containing 7 arpents front by ordinary depth, located on the right band of Bayou Lafourche about 15 leagues below the Mississippi River, bound on one side by the cemetery, on the other side by Thomas Oliver, acquired from Gregoire Quique during the time of the Spanish government (Cannot locate Abstract)
