a. Note:   Although Nicolas shows no kinship yet (that's what the * means in his name) I see his name everywhere and he is in my list in the computer through marriage.
 In the "Crew and Passenger Registration List of the Seven Acadian Expeditions of 1785" Nicolas's name appears as one of those who are to embark for New Orleans, La. on the ship "La Caroline". He is #11, 45 yrs
 old, a carpenter and married to Marie Marthe Benoit, 40 and he has a son Gabriel, 12.
 This Nicolas is not the same one but maybe it's his father and Gabriel is his brother. If I find that my Nicolas is related I'll have to dig a little deeper.
