Ursin Savoie
Ursin L. Savoie, Rte. 5 Box 284, died Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 9 pm at a local nursing (home) at the age of 91. He was a native and resident of Bayou Blue.
He was the son of the late Mr Theophile Savoie and Octavie Caro Savoie and the brother of Miss Laura and Miss Azalle Savoie, and the late Mrs. Meloe Chauvin and Mr. Cyprien, Mr. Edward, Mr. Homer, Mr. Peter, Mr. Isaac and Mr. Edwin Savoie.
He is survived by a number of neices and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Nov 7 at 3 pm from Chauvin Funeral Home to St. Louis Catholic Church, Bayou Blue. Interment will follow in St. Louis Mausoleum.
Falgout Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
