 George Savoie Today Rites Held for
 Funeral services were held at 4:30 pm today at the St. Francis de Sales church here for George Savoie, 77 years old, a native of this parish, who died here yesterday (Apr 30, 1942) afternoon.
 He leaves three sons, John, Eugene and Louis; and two daughters, Mrs. Louis Pitre and Mrs. Clifford Hebert.
 Interment was in the St. Francis cemetery and funeral arrangements were by the Chauvin Funeral Home.
