PHOEBE FALGOUT
Mrs. Phoebe Bascle Falgout, 86, died 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Visitation will begin from 7 - 11 p.m. today at the Chauvin Funeral Home, resuming 8 a.m. Thursday and continue until funeral time.
Survivors include two sons, Nolan Falgout of Bourg and Linus Falgout of Westwego; a daughter, Mrs. Orestes (Falvia) Gaudin of Algiers, La.; two brothers, Abbie and Ruben Bascle of Bourg; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Prosperie of Houma and Mrs. Allie Bascle of Bourg; 18 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Arsend Falgout; her parents, Amelia Guidry and Frank Bascle; a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Nell) Jackson; and two brothers, Mott and Eba Bascle. Chauvin Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
