Ruth Marie Daigle passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2015. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Landry and Lillian Campeaux.
She leaves to cherish her memory are her husband of 13 years, David P. Daigle; her children Mike Faucheux (Bridget), Lisa Kottemann (Pat), grandson Dylan Faucheux, step daughter Jeanne Dufrene (Mark), step grandchildren Jessie, Corie and Dixie Dufrene; her brother and sisters, Audrey Clapp, Eugene Joseph Landry (Mary), Loretta Webre (Lynn), Betty Loup Spurlock (Harold), and also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family would like to extend sincere appreciation to East Jefferson General Hospital, Ochsner Medical Center and St. Catherine`s Hospice for the love and care given to Ruth.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA and the visitation will begin at 11:00 am until service time. Entombment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
