Lovie Lorraine Campbell of Hartford passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 after and long and fulfuilling life. She was 95 years old.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Clayton Campbell and her son, Paul V. Campbell.
she is survived by her sister, Alice Omie Dell Woodham; her sons, Dr. Doyle Ray Campbell and his wife, Jean, and Douglas Clayton Campbell; her daughters, Carol Lorraine Avery and her husband Jack, Doris Jean Palazzolo and her husband Roy; fourteen grandchildren, Steven K. Campbell, Stephanie A. Samdahi, J. Mark Campbell, Angela D. Pollack, A. Shane Trawick, Kimberly L. Shupert, Christina L. Lis, Kimberly J. Morgan, Kathleen C. Morgan, Jaune C. de Clouet, Cynthai L. Ford, Cary A. Davis, Doyle R. Campbell and Clayton A. Trawick; twenty-eight great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren; many devoted nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Born in 1914 and raised in Hartford, AL, the daughter of Mary Bush and Hiram Mitchell, she was a loving wife and dedicated mother to her five children. Lovie had a passion for family and friends and was always doing for others. She is loved and will be remembered fondly by everyone she knew.
