Peter Porche
Peter "Pete" Joseph Porche, 74, a native of Bayou Blue and resident of Houma,
died at 11 p.m. Nov. 8, 2004.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Bernadette Catholic
Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Thursday at the
church, with burial at St. Francis de Sales No. 2 Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Genevieve Mary Breaux Porche of Houma; daughters,
Lori P. Clement, Shari P. Foret and Janelle P. Moen; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Maxine Porche and Alfreda
Guidry Porche.
He was a mechanic with Brunet's Auto and Diesel Repair.
He was a member of the Woodmen of the World.
He was a U.S. veteran of the Korean War and a parishioner of St. Bernadette
Catholic Church.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
