  Samuel Isaacs
 L.J. Little, whose address is box is 361, Richmond, Me., writes to Post-master Fox of Sacramento, inquiring of the whereabouts of Samuel Isaacs. Mr. Isaacs was discovered to be living at Redding. He has been an old citizen of Shasta Co. for the last forty years, is a prominent Odd Fellow and was Grand Patriarch of this State for one term. He also assisted in the organization of Red Bluff Encampment in 1861.
