Sources: 1929 Obituary: THOMAS GALL IS BURIED TODAY-STREATORITE IS SUMMONED IN PEORIA HOSPITAL-INTERMENT ST. STEPHEN'S: Funeral services for Thomas Gall who died in the state hospital at Peoria Friday afternoon were held from St Stephen's church at nine o'clock this morning, with the Reverend L. Biskupski officiating. Interment occurred in St. Stephen's cemetery. The pall bearers were Joseph Kmetz, Andrew Gall, George and John Sopko, Mike Knshak and Mike Elias. Mr Gall was born in this city thirty-five years ago, the son of Mr and Mrs Thomas (correction, should read Andrew) Gall both of whom are deceased. He lived in Streator the greater part of his life and for a number of years was employed at Barr and Purington brick yard. He left Streator several years ago and was employed in Chicago and Blue Island, but two years ago his health failed and he was taken to the hospital at Peoria for treatment, which, however was of no avail. The deceased is survived by three brothers, John, George and Andrew Gall, and one sister, Mary, all of this city. The family home is located at 2002 S. Bloomington Street, and it was to that place that the body was taken upon its arrival from Peoria on Saturday
