NA Film Number T9-1072 Page Number 268A She had twelve grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren at the time of her death.
  From her obituary:
. . .A prominent citizen who has lived in this city all his life, in speaking of the lovely character of the deceased, said to the editor of this paper: "When I was a child it always did my heart good to see Mrs. Brown visit my mother's home. She always brought sun-shine and good cheer with her. If a member of the family expressed fears of sickness, or anxiety about the future, Mrs Brown with a laugh that was infectious would declare that it wasn't right to go out hunting trouble when we might be having never so good a time." A gentleman standing near, and who had known the deceased for 60 years fully corroborated the statement, and expressed the thought that such lives are a benediction the the whole community.
