a. Note:   Per Rose Sherry interview Max went from Pgh to Chicago where he lost a fortune. Restaurant business. He was in restaurant and shoe business several times. They returned to Pgh and had a daughter Gloria who died at 10 months due to bowel obstruction. She was the first child.
