Ida Eliaza Pratt (Franklin Pierce8, Phillip Isaac7, Thomas Henry6, William5, William4, John3, William2, Griffin1), second child of Franklin Pierce Pratt and Sarah Matilda Richardson, was born April 15, 1876, in Rockingham County, North Carolina. She married George William Deane, son of James W. Deane and Lucy America Fretwell, September 8, 1895, in Rockingham County, North Carolina. He was born October 14, 1871, in Virginia and was a farmer. Ida worked for a tobacco company. George died September 13, 1943, in Reidsville, and Ida died December 18, 1962, in Rockingham County, North Carolina. Both are buried in the Greenview Cemetery, Reidsville, Rockingham County, North Carolina (Find A Grave Memorial # 48428919, 48428961). George and Ida Pratt Deane had one son: Daniel William Deane m. Anna Brightwell.
