Parentheses are shown as they are in the two sheets of genealogical material, but I have added them to the notecard at the beginning. Brackets enclose comments that I made for clarification. Double underscore begins a page. The exhibit is a notecard with the information written on two sheets of paper, front and back, and no extant envelope.
