"She [Nancy] was the mother of eight children..." --- There appears to be interference with the 26-45 age range column on the 1820 census picture available to us. Within the 26-45 age range of William Sumner's household, there should be a mark for a wife. From the information available to us at this time, we believe Nancy is one of 20+ individuals enumerated and totaled at the bottom of the page, but hidden by a visible interference.
