However, she could possibly have been born on January 17, 1834, which is verified by a "House of Representatives U.S." form requesting information for being "entitled to increase" under the new pension law. --- When we first received her death record, her name was printed as "Elizabeth Hile Kibler". Upon personal inspection of the original record, we found it to be "Elizabeth Hite Kibler", the same as reported in the newspapers. JDS/MKF
