a. Note:   Robert's Social Security number as recorded on his death certificate was 185-10-4966.
  The 1910 census reported that the family lived in a rented home on S. Hellertown Ave. The family later lived in a home near the rail road crossing at the lower end of Quakertown, known as "Fairview". This house is no longer standing.
  After his wife died, he lived with his oldest son, Robert Earl, in a home off Broad Street in Quakertown. Later, he lived at the Eagle Hotel in Quakertown and was living here when he died.
  His funeral was held at "Treffinger's Funeral Home" in Quakertown.
