Dague, 66, of Washington R.D. 6,, died unexpectedly at 6:20 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 1981, in is home. He was born September 30, 1914, in East Finley Township, a son of S.A. and Sally Sprowls Dague. Mr. Dague was a member of Bethel United Presbyterian Church. He owned and operated a farm and was self-employed as a carpenter. He was a charter member of the South Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department. He also belonged to the Prosperity Grange and the State and National Grange. He served on the South Franklin School Board and was the first president of the McGuffey Area School Board. On April 10, 1934, he married Elizabeth Jane Fowler, who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Charles Dague of Washington, Odell Dague of Washington and Roger Dague of Fredericksburg, Va.; three daughters, Mrs. Joe (Shirley) Comfort and Mrs. William (Susan) Hutson, both of Washington, and Mrs. Herb (Cathy) Moore of Jacksonville, Fla., a sister, Mrs. W.K. (Opal) Winnett of Amity R.D.1; 23 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A sister, Ruby Frances Haines, is deceased. DAGUE - Friends of Stewart A. Dague of Washington R.D.6, who died Saturday, April 25, 1981, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the Neal Cowieson Funeral Homes, Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, by the Rev. David Kilgore, pastor of Bethel United Presbyterian Church. Burial in Prosperity Cemetery.
