  Nels came to Iron Co. in 1901 & purchased 40 acres on the Olson Loop from Christian Bernhardt in 1902: T.43N - R.36W, Section 22. (from property deed: Art Flancher). His parents Olof Bengtsson Sjöberg and Ingeborg Jonsdotter lived in Beechwood until Olof died. Then Ingeborg moved to Iron River and lived with her son Johan/John until her death.
