Note:   Hollis J. England, 74, of West Walnut Street, Campbellsville, Ky., died Friday, Sept. 15, 1995, at Taylor County Hospital after an extended illness. Son of the late Luther England and Emma England of Adair County, he was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army. He was a retired paper carrier for the Courier Journal for 26 years prior to his death. England is survived by his wife, Theresa Jean Graham England; three sons, three daughters, one step-son, and four step-daughters, Jerry Lee, Ray and Joseph O. England, Judy Marie Gwinn, Emma Jean Lewis, Rose Marie Rainwater, Tony Parker, Cathy Benedict, and Amanda Clements, all of Campbellsville, Patty Cissell of Russell Springs and Bonnie Harris of New Hope; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; eighteen step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ann Burriss of Glasgow. Funeral was at 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 17 at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel in Campbellsville with burial in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Larry Rhodes and the Rev. George Blevins officiated.
