Note: Mary Ellene Barrett Beasley, 94, of Cuthbert died Monday Oct. 21,2013 at Joe Anne Burgin Nursing Home. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday Oct. 23, 2013 at Cuthbert East View Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Hines officiating.
Mr. Beasley was born Mar. 16, 1919 the daughter of the late Ed C. and Esther Taylor White. She was a native of Randolph county having previously lived in Albany, Ga. and Eufaula AL.
Survivors include Gloria (Bert) Melton, Sharon (Jim) Brazeal of Cuthbert; Bill (Teresa) Barrett of Eufaula, AL and Marty (Cheryl) of Ormond Beach, FL; 14 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands George Oliver Barrett and Clyde Beasley and siblings Henry Lee White, Evelyn W. Turner, Frances White and J.M. White.
