July 22, 1875 Made scrip affidavit at St. Andrews: James Louis, St. Andrew, Lisgar, farmer: I am a
halfbreed head of a family resident in said Parish and my son Andrew was the same
on 15 July 1870, his wife Charlotte was also a halfbreed head. The following
persons are respectively, children of said Andrew Louis, a halfbreed and of said
Charlotte his wife and were respectively born in said Parish: William, born 21
December 1859; Andrew, born 22 January 1862; James, born 22 October 1865; and
the following is the child of my daughter Mary who died unmarried before the
transfer: Sarah, born 1864; of whom Andrew and James & Sara are now here present
and William is not present. My said son Andrew died in the year 1871 intestate. His
said wife died in the year 1873 intestate. The heirs of both are the said William,
Andrew and James. They had both previously sold their claims to Dr. Schultz.

her children and heirs 1) Sarah, widow of Joseph Bird 2) Hanna, wife of Charles
Purdy 3) Emma, wife of John Dyson 4) Chloe, wife of Henry Bird 5) Isabella, wife of
William Irving 6) William 7) Peter 8) James Louis, children of her son Andrew
deceased. She had previously transferred her claim to Dr. Schultz; English; JAMES
