 Charlotte his wife and were respectively born in said Parish: William, born 21
 December 1859; Andrew, born 22 January 1862; James, born 22 October 1865; and
 the following is the child of my daughter Mary who died unmarried before the
 transfer: Sarah, born 1864; of whom Andrew and James & Sara are now here present
 and William is not present. My said son Andrew died in the year 1871 intestate. His
 said wife died in the year 1873 intestate. The heirs of both are the said William,
 Andrew and James. They had both previously sold their claims to Dr. Schultz.
