  Charlie Edward Hall
  GIBSONVILLE - Charlie Edward Hall, 94, of Burlington Ave., passed away Monday, February 22, 2010, at his home after several years of failing health.
 Mr. Hall was born January 11, 1916 in Alamance County to the late Walter Thomas Hall and FlossieWhite Hall. He was married to the late Blonda Whitesell Hall who preceded him. Charlie retired from Copland Fabrics and as a carpenter who built houses, and a member of the Gibsonville United Methodist Church.
 Survivors include his son, Elmer O. Hall of Hot Springs, N.C.; two sisters, Mary Bell Hensley of Elon, and Lucy Williamson of Elon; a brother, James E. Hall of Elon; special friends and caregivers, Wayne Pruitt and Delinda Johnson.
 Charlie was preceded in death by his wife; a son, Larry Eugene Hall; three brothers, Adrian Hall, William Hall, and Pete Hall.
 A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, February 26, 2010 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Jonathan Marlowe. Interment will follow at Gibsonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory.
 The family would like to give a special thank you to the Alamance-Caswell Hospice for their care of Mr. Hall.
