Note: Gilbert H. Kirby Gilbert Harold Kirby, 81, of Palm Bay, Fla., formerly of Severna Park, died Thursday at Humana Hospital in Sebastian, Fla., after a brief illness.
Mr. Kirby was a retired barber who owned bis own business. He moved to Florida about a year ago. Born in Lonaconing in Western Maryland, he was a member of the Sebastian Elks Lodge and was a charter member of the Glen Burnie Elks.
Surviving are his wife, Ruby Kirby; two sons, William Kirby of Sebastian and Theodore Kirby of Tega Cay, S.C.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
No services will be held, Arrangements are by Fountainhead Funeral Home in Palm Bay.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association for Stroke Research, P. 0. Box 1181, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
