a. Note:   s of John Damron Jr. and Sarah Shultz, and both were part of the family group that migrated from Texas to Utah.
  According to the Mrs. Cropper's information, George Washington Damron married Susannah Stewart in Ellis Co., TX, on 21 March 1855. One baby, Catherine, was born in Texas (page 69).
  Mrs. Cropper then wrote that she has heard that George and Susan were divorced, and that she later married Joseph Riddle and moved to California with the children.
  Laurel Glass shared information from Velma Damron Browning that Susan E. Stewart's father was David Stewart of Kentucky.
