1881 - It would appear that by 1881 Arthur was reasonably well to do, as the family employed a domestic servant ( 20 y.o. Elizabeth Hudson from Tunstall , suffolk ) when they were living at 56 Sycamore road, Handsworth, Stafford. The 1884 birth certificate of his second last born,Harry, records Arthur in a new occupation as an "Inland revenue officer"living at 8 Stockwell Park Road, Stockwell (Lambeth, Surrey).

Arthurs Granddaughter Robin can recall a picture of Arthur (since lost) where he was wearing a bowler hat and had a moustache. The 1901 Census recorded Arthur Llewellyn 64 Born Hereford Dilwyn, County London Parish, Lambeth, Occupation Retired Civil Servant Inland Rane. Arthur died on the 13th December 1902 at his home at 171 Norwood road Herne Hill after a 7 day bout of double Pneumonia followed by cardiac failure. One of his son's was present at his death and the informant of death( signature not decipherable) Arthur was described as a Civil servant Inland revenue retired. In 2004 an uncaptioned old B&W picture was discovered amongst his late Grandson Vivian Llewellyns possessions. It was of a distinguished Englishman wearing a bowler hat with a large moustache , exactly as late grandaughter Robin Llewellyn had previously described him in a missing picture she recollected.
Note:   The 1851 Eardisley census saw Arthur listed as a 14 year old Drapers apprentice, he was living at home with his parents and oldest sister Elizabeth. He may have been apprenticed to his father who was a qualified tailor or maybe even working for hi
