  The 1903 electoral rolls shows Christopher ( Driver) and Eliza ( Home duties) living at 3 Chetwyn street , Melbourne.

  MACMAHON SURNAME HISTORY by Willie O' Kane MacMahon, one of the top five names in Monaghan, derives from mathghamban, a bear. They are descended from Mahon O`Brien, grandson of Brian Boru. MacMahon was a leading sept of the kingdom of Oriel and prominent in south Ulster from the thirteenth to the sixteenth centuries. They were among the leaders of the Catholic Confederacy of the mid-seventeenth century, during which the last MacMahon chief, Hugh, and Heber MacMahon, Bishop of Clogher, were executed. In the eighteenth century three MacMahon Bishops of Clogher went on to become Primates of all Ireland; they were Hugh MacMahon, (died 1737), and his nephews Bernard, (died 1747) and Ross Rod, (died 1748).
  MCMAHON SURNAME HISTORY by Sonia Schorman A very old name which comes from the O'Brien family, Mahon having been the grandson of Brian Boru. The Thomond branch of the family can trace its origin back to the foundation of Ennis in the early 1200s. MacMahon means son of a bear and McMahon is the
 most numerous surname in Clare at the moment.The McMahon's patrimony was Corca Baisceann comprising the baronies of Moyarta and Clonderlaw in the south-west of County Clare. The last chief of the name was accidentally killed at (ironically) Bearhaven in 1602. Marshal McMahon, Duke of Magenta and President of the French Republic from 1873-9 was from this clan.
  Christopher's death certificate look up stated place of death as Fitzroy however burial records state East St.Kilda.
Note:   It has not been ascertained where Christopher married his wife Eliza Durkin but we do know from later records that his first born, dauhter Annie, was born in Dublin around 1886.His second daughter,Bridget Esther was born on the 8th April 1887 an
