Notes
a. Note:   Elizabeth born 1804 was still recorded as receiving parish assistance upto 25/3/1828. The parish volume which ended 1832 had no further entries for Llewellyn. There is no transcibed Abbey Dore born Elizabeth Llewellyn as a spinster in any subsequent Census, so she had married or passed away by 1841.
The Elizabeth Llewellin who married a Thomas Norman in Mordiford (East of Abbey Dore) in May 1828 with four children from 1828 to 1837 has now been ruled out as a subsequent census shows this elizabeth of a totally different age and place of birth.
The Elizabeth Llewellin who married Richard Griffiths at Kilpeck in 1835 , is the Elizabeth born 1815 to Thomas & Elizabeth at Kilpeck. They are at the Forge in Cwmyoy, Clodock in the 1841 Census (Richard 30 Ag. labourer and Elizabeth 25 ) with 3 children , Sophia 5, Frances 3, Sarah 9 months. The 1851 Abergavenny , Wales census gives this Elizabeths birthplace as Kilpeck.
An Ancestry.com search for any "Elizabeth" born Abbey Dore circa 1804 showed up the following who have been ruled out as noted below.
An Abbey Dore 1804 circa born Elizabeth who married Kilpeck Sawyer George Smith at Abbey Dore 1849 turned out to be the same unmarried Elizabeth Sayce who had a daughter Elizabeth Sayce at Abbey Dore in 1839 ( the Sayce daughter was in later census with married mother) They lived in Ewyas Harold 1851 to 1861 and were back at Abbey Dore in 1881.
A married Elizabeth "Jones" born circa 1804 who gives her Birthplace as Abbey Dore in both the 1871 and 1881 census but strangely gives it as Kingstone HEF in 1861 ( family residing Llanelly , Breconshire 1861 ) and states her birthplace as Bacton HEF in 1891. It is the same woman as her grand daughter Emma Jones is in the house in all census. Her husband John was a Blacksmith born Llantillio Crosseny , Monmouthshire. No IGI marriage found . Apart from our Elizabeth there are three other Abbey Dore born circa 1804 Elizabeths ( source IGI ) , an Elizabeth Fox ( 1805 ) , Howells ( 1803) and Morgan ( 1805 ). The IGI has four Mormon submisisons of an Elizabeth Fox marrying a John Jones at Llanelly , Brecon , Wales in May 1828 so this would seem to rule this possibility out.
