 Cause of Death: Bleed to Death as a results of being hit by a car.
  The following is information obtained from Emil Buenger's personal records in which he recorded just about every paycheck and number of hours worked from 1906 until his death in 1952:
 Started work for S.A.&A.P. Railroad on Nov. 9, 1906 in Railroad Shop in Yoakum. Worked 9 and 10 hours per day, 6 days a week and made between $40 and $50 per month. His wages in 1910 were $0.23/hour. In 1924, he became a Watchman for S.A.&A.P. Railroad at $115 per month. In February, 1933 - in the middle of the Great Depression - his wages were reduced to $75 per month. In January, 1937, he went to work for the Guadalupe Valley Creamery in Yoakum making about $60 per month. He worked for the Creamery until his death in 1952 at which time he was making about $130 per month.
