Insanity Conviction in County Court Tuesday
Walther Immenhauser, 22 year old son of Gottlieb Immenhauser and wife of the Concrete Community, was tried before a jury in county court Tuesday afternoon on an insanity charge and found to be mentally deficient.
The trouble, according to testimony offered, dated back a year or two and resulted from an attack of flu and complications. The young man had an operation in a local hospital in the hopes of improvement in his condition. He had lost weight from (165) pounds down to 130 pounds.
An opening will be sought for him at one of the State Hospitals.
