Note: He died as a result of a traffic accident while on Texas State Business. He was attending the Baptist Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas and studying for his Master's Degree when he was killed. He served as Pastor of a Baptist Church in O'Donnell, Texas and at a church in Oregon before returning to the Seminary for graduate studies.
He married Theta May on Sep 1, 1956 in Ft. Worth, Texas.
He is buried in Shannon Rosehill Cemetery, 7301 E. Lancaster, Ft. Worth,
