a. Note:   N56 Middle name changed from original "Leb" to "Leib" per email from Marlene Burns. Hebrew name is "Avraham Leib" per headstones of his children. Abraham changed his surname from Munitz to Mirman before he came to the US. Phyllis Gordon says the name was changed at Ellis Island in 1889 and that Abraham's middle name [in English] was Louis.
  Abram, wife Mattle and son Schimen (Simon?) Mirman from Lobock, Russia arrived in New York January 17, 1903 aboard the S. S. Kroonland sailing from Antwerp. Final destination listed as Akron, Ohio, with passage paid by Abram's son J. (Jacob?) Mirman, 125 Edgewood Ave., Akron, Ohio.
