  In 1715 Charles (104), George's eldest son, went through the lengthy process of resurveying and title clarification to settle his father's estate. In 1729 he divided the property with his three younger brothers: Thomas (106), George (107) and William (108). He did not deed any land to his brother John or John's male descendants, so it is likely John had none.
