 Notice is hereby given to whom it may concert, That Thomas Williams...., and Nicholas Vandervert, prisoners in the gaol of the county of Monmouth; having exhibited their several petitions...., for their creditors to appear at the court-house of said county, on Teusday the 10 the day of September next, to shew cause why the petitioners should not be assigned, and the said debtors discharged according to law.
