I, Jeremias Westerhout, consideing the mortality of all men. I leave to my wife Cathalina Rapelye, all my estate during her life, and after her death one half is to go to my relations, and one half to her relations. Makes his wife executor. This I declare to be my last will and testament, made with my perfect knowledge and well premedi. tated. Dated December 28, 1694. Witnesses, Jacobus Ver Planck, Guysbert Van Inburgh, P. DeLanoy. Proved before John Bridges, October 14, 1702. His wife had died before him, and his brother, Jacob Westerhout, and her brother, Jeronimns Rapelye, were appointed administrators, October 1 4, 1702.
