  1806: Jacob and Jean Kelley sell 100 acres to Edward Skinner for $200. This was originally a 100 acre land grant to Philip Pittman, dated 2/17/1791; surveyed for Harmon Holloman on 1/14/1786, bounded by Holloman. This property is bounded [in 1806] by Samuel Hearon and William Mozingo property. [recorded 2/28/1807]
  1810: William Mozingo recorded in 1810 US Census, adjacent to his brother- in-law, Jonathan Cotton; and 22 households from Phillip Pittman. [3-1-0-1-0 : 2-1-0-2-0] ref: rootsweb, ~usgenweb/sc/darlington/census/1810/0010.gif
  1812: Thomas Kea purchases 54 acres near Lynches creek from Vincent Delk on January 14, 1912; it adjoins William Mozingo and Vincent Delk property. This property originally belonged to Phillip Pittman.
  1813: William recorded as juror #16 in Darlington District Court of General Sessions; 3rd Monday in March, 1813.
  1815: Benjamin and Elley Skinner sell 50 acres to Jonathan Cotton; part of a Philip Pitman land grant dated 2/17/1791; bounded by Kea's land on the west, and Mozingo land on the east; dated 10/21/1815.
  1820: William Mozingo and Vincent Delk are recorded near Thomas Kea in the 1820 Darlington Co., census; 12 and 4 households, respectively.
  1826: Jonathan Cotton witnessed the 1826 Thomas Kea Will.
  1830: William Mozingo; page 241, 1830 Darlington Co., census.
  1833: Vincent Delk sells 3 parcels to Asa Woodham; 260, 95, and 45.
  The 260 acre parcel bounded by Thomas Kea, William Mozingo, Lemuel Skinner, John Gatlin, Byrd Skinner, and John Beasley, to line on Cannon grant. Vincent Delk originally purchased this land from Samuel Hearon on 9/29/1813.

  1836: William Mozingo was appointed as appraiser for Estate of Thomas Kea, 31 March 1836. Kinchen Mozingo, son of William, was co-executor of Thomas Kea estate. Kinchen married Mary Ann Kea, daughter of Thomas Kea.
