a. Continued:   Katherine or Catharine Barcume apparently wrote a note found on the cover of a family Bible 25 Dec 1874. "sent from Moses Barcume to Catharine Barcume in the year 24 Dec 1874 who owns this book after me i hope they will use it as i have read it with my my heart not with thy lips in all things remember me."
  Her name was spelled Catherin, wife of Moses Barcume on her tombstone.
b. Continued:   Steve Banfill found a notation that Katharin Barcume was 48 or 49 in 1865 making her year of birth 1816 or 1817. Roger Smith indicated birth 1 Mar 1817 in Cobleskill, Schoharie Co, New York
c. Continued:   Per a paper found in the Barcume family Bible Katharine/Catharine was married at the home of her father in Schoharie County, New York. Her Moot children were probably all born in Schoharie Co., New York.
