Note: Lathrop his great granddaughter reports he moved to Wadena, Co., MN at the age of 13. He served on the school board of District 55. Frank Pike was one of the first mail carriers in northern Todd County. From 1907 until 1914 he served as the Hewitt postmaster. He was a member
of the Odd Fellows. Frank married Clara Belle (Carrie) Sliter, daughter of William Y. Sliter and Julia E. Van Zandt on 29 Oct 1887.
1900 and 1910 census records show Frank as being born in Iowa and show his father born in New York.
