Note: aukesha Co. Wisconsin in 1848 and to Monroe County in 1857. Alice Link had listed that Harriet died in 1917 in Sauk Center, MN, but this is disproved by her father's letters of administration which indicated she was deceased prior to 1871 and had her son listed as heir. Her second son Edward evidently had died also as he was not listed. She does not appear to be buried in Sauk Centre, MN. Her husband's parents have not been identified.

Note: tearns County Court House, Death record book C, page 225, line 1 indicates he was the son of John Perkins and Harriet Pike. The 1850 census indicated John and Harriet and sons John B. and Edward were then living in East Troy, Walworth County, Wisconsin. John B. was listed as age 5 and Edward as age 2.
