Notes
a. Note:   . However, it now appears it was Harriet's and Mr. Perkins son who went to Sauk Center in 1866 started a drug store in Sauk Center, MN in 1876. I am not sure whether both father and son were named John Bonker. Family records indicated Harriet and John Perkins went to Waukesha Co., Wisconsin in 1848 and to Monroe Co., Wisconsin in 1857. However per 1850 census they were living in East Troy, Walworth, WI. Walworth and Waukesha counties are adjoining. Their son John Bonker Perkins went to Sauk Centre in 1866.
There was a J. B. Perkins in the 1840 Lisle census who was age 30 to 40 and had both a male and female under age of 5 and a female listed as age 40 to 50. It is unknown whether this is John's father. John would likely have left home by this time. The 1816 birth year indicated by the 1850 census would likely mean this J. B. Perkins was too young to be the father of Harriet Pike's husband.
Note:   Mr. John Perkins was thought to be a druggist in Sauk Center, Minnesota
b. Note:   tearns County Court House, Death record book C, page 225, line 1 indicates he was the son of John Perkins and Harriet Pike. The 1850 census indicated John and Harriet and sons John B. and Edward were then living in East Troy, Walworth County, Wisconsin. John B. was listed as age 5 and Edward as age 2.
Note:   Records pertaining to the death of their son John Bonker Perkins in the S
